By downloading, accessing, or using the Stampifi mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid phone number for verification. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Stampifi provides a digital loyalty platform that enables users to earn stamps and redeem rewards at participating businesses. Each merchant sets their own reward rules and stamp policies independently. Stampifi is not the seller of merchant goods or services. Stamps have no cash value unless the merchant expressly states otherwise. Stamps are subject to merchant rules and may be refused in cases of fraud or abuse.
Merchants are responsible for the reward rules they set, the quality of their products and services, their pricing, the actions of their staff, their obligations under consumer-protection laws, and honoring offers according to their own terms. Stampifi provides the platform and is not the seller of any goods or services. Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features. Refunds are subject to merchant subscription terms and applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may reverse stamps or rewards obtained fraudulently. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
Platform availability is subject to maintenance, downtime, and third-party interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We strive to minimize downtime.
The Stampifi app and services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stampifi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including lost profits or merchant reward disputes. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
