Customers can use Stampifi for free to collect stamps, track cards, and manage rewards. Businesses can create digital stamp cards for their places, invite staff, and run loyalty flows from the merchant app.
Do I need to download an app to collect stamps?
Yes. Customers use the Stampifi app to keep stamp cards, rewards, nearby places, QR scans, and NFC-ready stamp requests in one account. When a business shares a Stampifi QR code or tap-to-stamp flow, the card is saved to the customer's account.
How do businesses set this up?
A business creates a merchant account, adds its place, designs a digital stamp card, chooses the total stamps and reward/prize stamp, then picks how customers collect: store QR, staff-assisted approval, and supported NFC tap-to-stamp. The business can print or share the QR code, invite workers for counter approvals, and approve stamp requests from the merchant or worker app. Customers join the card, collect stamps, and see rewards in their wallet after backend-confirmed approvals.
Can customers get stamps by tapping with NFC?
Yes, where the device and platform support it. A customer can tap near the merchant tablet to send a stamp request, and the merchant or worker still approves the request before a stamp is granted. QR remains the universal fallback for iPhone limitations, unsupported NFC devices, or any place that prefers scan-based collection.
How do rewards work?
The merchant defines what the customer earns, such as a free item, discount, or special perk, and can mark a prize stamp on the card. Customers see progress on their card, unlock rewards after the required stamps are approved, and redeem them through the app so available, used, and expired rewards stay organized.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Your cards, stamps, and rewards are tied to your Stampifi account, not a paper card or one physical device. Sign in again on a new phone and the app can restore the account-backed progress that the backend has confirmed.
